Employees are encouraged to come forward with ideas for improvements, to think proactively and implement risk-based thinking techniques into their day-to-day activities. Our employee contributions to improvement are highly valued and recognised internally within the business.

Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking

All our employees are recruited directly where possible or using reputable local agencies to aid us in our recruitment procedures. Interviews, assess and screening is conducted in house for all potential employees. We also operate a robust recruitment process including thorough Right to Work checks for all employees to safeguard them against human trafficking or being forced to work against their will. As part of our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy, we are committed to working with partners, manufacturers and suppliers who have the same practices as ourselves.

Health & Safety

Our processes and systems ensure that our capabilities are monitored and reviewed along with our processes, controls, hazard identification(s), risk management and actions that are sufficient to reduce or mitigate the risk to all workers.
