RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return policy gives you 30 days to return your products. This 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered and includes both business and non-business days. Returned products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. Customized products cannot be returned. If something is wrong with your order containing customized products, please contact us at 888 892 7043 or email us at admin@wolfsafetysupplies.com Please quote your order number.

Instructions on where to send your products will be emailed to you. Please ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. We recommend including insurance on the package, but it is not required. Wolf Safety Supplies is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

If you cannot locate your order number, please call us at 888 892 7043 or email admin@wolfsafetysupplies.com for assistance with your return.

Products properly returned according to the above guidelines are eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to the original method of payment. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Upon receipt and processing of the return, we will credit you for your total purchase price (not including any shipping charges). Please keep in mind that credit card issuers vary in the time they take to post credits.

Unfortunately we cannot process exchanges. You may complete a return and place a new order at any time for alternate product(s).
